Detailed information and deadlines for applications and room reservation for the academic year 2024/2025
The accommodation is provided only to newly enrolled first-year students admitted in the first round of admission proceedings and to students of continuing years according to the capacity of the dormitories.
1. Submission of applications for the allocation of accommodation to newly enrolled foreign students
- Student must be admitted for studies before applying for accommodation allocation.
- The application for accommodation allocation must be submitted electronically between 10th June and 15th July 2024 via the accommodation system at ubytovanie.stuba.sk.
- The enrolment will be carried out in person at the study department from 2nd to 6th September 2024.
- Upon enrolment, the student can reserve a room electronically, the reservation will be approved, and the student can move into the room. All on the same day.

2. Submission of applications for the allocation of accommodation to newly enrolled Slovak students
- The application for accommodation allocation must be submitted electronically between 10th June and 15th July 2024 via the accommodation system at ubytovanie.stuba.sk.
- The student must be enrolled before applying for accommodation. The enrolment will be carried out by 30th June 2024 remotely (after sending of required documents) or in person (at the study department).
- After the opening of the accommodation system, the student can reserve a room from 2nd to 9th August 2024.
- The student will receive the result of the reservation approval process on 10th August 2024.
