Information for international students
If you want to become a full-time student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, don't forget one important thing – ENROLMENT.
Enrolment will take place from 2nd to 6th September 2024 in person at the study department of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Upon enrolment, you will receive the enrolment confirmation, ID number and password to AIS (Academic Information System).
What do you need to bring with you to be enrolled?
- Decision on recognition of equivalence of documents - Nostrification from the Regional Office of School Administration (if you haven't sent it by mail yet).
- A certified translation of your grades from the final year of high school (if you haven't sent it by mail yet).
Am I entitled to dormitory accomodation?
Don't forget to apply for accommodation. The application for dormitory must be submitted electronically. Read how to proceed.
Accommodation will be provided to all first-year foreign students who:
- were admitted in the first round of admission proceedings
- apply for accommodation between 10th June and 15th July 2024
- enrol for studies between 2nd and 6th September 2024

If you want to become a full-time student of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, don't forget one important thing – ENROLMENT.
Don't leave it to the last minute and enrol by 30 June 2024. You don't have to enrol in person. Our study department will do the enrolment for you and send you the enrolment confirmation, ID number and password to AIS (Academic Information System).

What do you need to deliver in order for us to enrol you?
- Consent to enrolment without physical presence
- A certified copy of your school leaving certificate (in case you haven't delivered it yet)
- A certified copy of your certificate from final year of high school (in case you haven't delivered it yet)
- Filled in Student's affidavit about studies at colleges in the Slovak language or Student's affidavit about studies at colleges in both Slovak and English language

The accommodation will be provided to all first-year students who enrol for studies in due time and apply for accommodation between 10th June and 15th July 2024.
